De kringloop van het leven: wat je erin stopt aan voeding komt eruit als (on)gezondheid) wat je erin stopt aan gedachten komt er uit als positieve of negatieve gesteldheid. Maar het gaat zelfs verder dan dat: door voeding kan je je geest beinvloeden en op die manier je welzijn beinvloeden. Ik wil dat mijn kogo deze relatie weerspiegelt.
